📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using industry-standard tools like vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain and restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Use cleaning management software to track and manage cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to cleanliness.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or preparing rooms for inspections.
• Promote a positive and professional attitude to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning management software, such as Housekeeping Pro or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
