Procurement Administration Internship - Dynamic Global Company

As a Procurement Administration Intern, you will work closely with the procurement team to support the purchasing process, including supplier management, order processing, and inventory control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and selection.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Maintain and update inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.
• Learn and understand the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Currently enrolled in a related field of study or have recently graduated.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
