📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Uphold Erajaya’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in service.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
