As an HRD Mandarin Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and facilitating communication between our international management team and local staff. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in HR, a deep understanding of Mandarin, and a passion for cross-cultural collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate communication between expatriate management and local employees, bridging cultural and language gaps.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and administration.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
