As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our fleet performance, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vehicle maintenance, coordinating with mechanics, and implementing preventive measures to extend the lifespan of our fleet. You will also be involved in route planning, fuel management, and ensuring timely delivery of services to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records using Fleet Management Software.
• Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
• Plan and optimize routes using GPS and route planning software to ensure efficient use of fuel and time.
• Manage fuel inventory and monitor fuel costs to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and fuel consumption to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Fleet Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using Fleet Management Software such as Geotab, MyFleet, or similar.
• Strong understanding of GPS and route planning software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
