📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic training and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including workshops, webinars, and conferences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for continuous learning.
• Oversee the planning and execution of professional development events and initiatives.
• Create and maintain training materials, including curriculum, course outlines, and learning resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms, such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Docebo.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and impactful training programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the training and development industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
