📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations at the gateway hub, ensuring smooth flow of cargo from arrival to departure.
• Oversee cargo handling, including sorting, weighing, and loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient last-mile delivery.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports on operations, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor new team members to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a focus on gateway or hub operations.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
