📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases and records.,Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service.
