📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate inventory of food supplies and ingredients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed food cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in menu development and cost control activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen staff role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local and international culinary standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid food handler's certification.
