📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming experience.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate documentation of their stay.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.,Manage the front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and assist with inventory management.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain guest confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
