In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient care through efficient financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.,Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards relevant to the healthcare industry.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.,Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage their budgets and financial projections.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in healthcare finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial standards.,Proven track record of successful financial management and cost control in a healthcare setting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Certifications in healthcare finance or related fields are a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare industry and regulations is desirable.
