📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the management team.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus.
