In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide customer service,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Participate in promotional events and sales,Assist in training new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills are a plus,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
