📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocks.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
