📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements and real-world applications of the language.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals.
• Conduct regular assessments and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience and support remote learning initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A native speaker of Mandarin Chinese with a strong command of the language and culture.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Mandarin language teaching.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language education, preferably in an academic or institutional setting.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps like Duolingo and Rosetta Stone.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• A passion for Chinese culture and a commitment to fostering a love for the language and its associated traditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced educational environment.
