Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.,Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.,Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.,Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successful project management.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in mechanical engineering.
