📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage retail leasing activities, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate with property managers and landlords to ensure smooth lease operations and compliance.
• Monitor retail space utilization and occupancy rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure retail spaces are well-maintained and attractive to customers, working closely with property management teams.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
• Train and mentor leasing agents, providing ongoing support and development.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote available retail spaces and attract high-quality tenants.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize leasing performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, with a strong background in luxury beauty retail preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail leasing portfolios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of local Jakarta Utara real estate market and luxury beauty retail trends.
