PT Eka Rahayu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, and a proven track record of leading maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all mechanical and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of assets.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, coordinating with vendors and manufacturers as needed to ensure timely repairs.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for the maintenance team.,Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize work orders based on operational requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a proven track record of leading maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for maintenance management and scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
