📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
• Ensure food quality and safety through regular inspections.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local and international cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid food handler's certificate.
