Duta Zahra Health Center is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.
