📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the banquet are covered.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional service.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations, including guest lists, event details, and financial records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Promote the banquet services and attract new clients through marketing and networking activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills with a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with banquet software and technology, including event planning and management tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to banquet operations.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field is preferred.
