📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization and management of retail operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
