📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze data to support audit findings and recommendations.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.,Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.SAPOracleQuickBooks).Data analysis and reporting skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Knowledge of internal audit standards and guidelines.Experience with risk assessment and management.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.
