• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to source, screen, and evaluate job applicants.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse for recruitment purposes.
• Strong understanding of data-driven recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
