Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead and mentor HR staff,Contribute to the strategic planning of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with employee relations and conflict resolution techniques,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
