📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Source and purchase high-quality ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and food freshness.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen efficiency.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and sanitization.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Stay updated with culinary trends and innovative techniques to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary traditions and techniques.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
