Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role,Proven track record of success in a similar position,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
