📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using Maybank's proprietary software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries and complaints.
• Follow up on non-payments and escalate cases as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the collection team.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and targets set by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
