📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for timely repairs.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement to optimize costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.,Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all fleet vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
