ORBIT Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Deputy Barista/Cashier to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the espresso machine and other coffee equipment, and handling cash transactions. If you are passionate about coffee and have a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers,Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately,Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and other related items,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment,Work collaboratively with the barista and cashier to ensure smooth operations,Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of quality and service,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee industry,Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
