📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the cloud services industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
