📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management,Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities,Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of managing a team and driving departmental success,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Experience in a similar industry is a plus,Familiarity with HR management and best practices is a plus,Excellent organizational and time management skills
