Resto Oka Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage a department in our growing coffee shop chain. If you are passionate about coffee and have a proven track record in leadership, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be expected to mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage department budgets and resources.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Report to the General Manager on department performance and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Proven track record of successful team management and development.,Strong knowledge of coffee and coffee shop operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
