📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments using POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and promptly.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales and transactions, and assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Promote café products and specials to customers, upselling when appropriate to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse customer base.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and food service.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine interest in serving customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
