PT Media Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating general ledger accounts,Preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Monitoring bank accounts and ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately,Preparing and submitting tax returns and other regulatory filings,Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for management,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies,Providing support to the accounting team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
