As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and exceed our clients' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed according to the plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining records.,Promote our services and products to guests and clients during events.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and execution.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
