📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of fleet operations.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
  • Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and mileage.
  • Support the Fleet Coordinator in organizing and managing driver schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues related to fleet operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
