📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve our hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
