📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
