📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally for business purposes.
