📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
• Train and develop new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
