Lingkungan Budi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to junior staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, as required, to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.
