Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the section.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and achieve company goals.,Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of section activities.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Representing the section in meetings and events to promote the company's image and interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge and understanding of the company's products, services, and market.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance improvement.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
