📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve company goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
