📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Lead financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
• Manage the financial operations of subsidiaries and strategic investments, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Oversee financial risk management, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Drive financial innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role, with a proven track record of driving financial transformation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and GAAP standards.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing financial operations of subsidiaries and strategic investments.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
