📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing payments and providing receipts.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Manage cashier operations, including counting and depositing cash, handling change, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper display.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services, both in-store and during sales events.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
